Real Talk with Sara - Is turning someone down really rejection?

Is turning someone down really rejection? What about being turned down, or having either of you end a relationship? I dare say these are not rejections but an invitation to discover something better--either personal growth, or someone who simply fits us better. Either way, confidence means being able to view a relationship objectively, and coming away a better person.
